3. Temperature-Controlled Products

Certain products require cold-chain handling. These products may be shipped using: Thermal insulated packaging; Ice packs; Temperature-protective materials. Customers should refrigerate eligible products immediately upon receipt according to the product instructions.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. Actual delivery may vary due to: Customs clearance; Weather conditions; Flight schedules; Local courier delays; Regulatory inspections. MABELLABS MALAYSIA is not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.

5. Customs and Import Regulations

International customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased products comply with their country's import regulations. Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or government charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses may apply.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to investigate the matter.

8. Delivery Confirmation

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided.

9. Shipping Restrictions
