These Terms & Conditions apply to the sale and supply of MABELLABS MALAYSIA products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to stock availability. MABELLABS MALAYSIA reserves the right to substitute, delay or discontinue products without prior notice.

All orders must be fully paid before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Pricing

Distributor pricing is confidential and intended solely for authorized distributors. Pricing shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent from MABELLABS Malaysia.

3. Shipping & Customs

Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes and local regulatory requirements are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. Delivery times are estimates only.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of medical and aesthetic products, returns or refunds are generally not accepted unless approved by MABELLABS Malaysia.

5. Product Usage

Products supplied by MABELLABS Malaysia are intended for professional use where applicable. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

6. Product Authenticity

Customers shall not alter, relabel, repackage or tamper with any product supplied by MABELLABS Malaysia.

7. Limitation of Liability

MABELLABS Malaysia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use, resale or administration of its products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

9. Amendments

MABELLABS Malaysia reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest published version shall supersede all previous versions.
