Mounjaro® ATEOS contains tirzepatide, a dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist that supports glucose-dependent insulin secretion, regulates glucagon, and slows gastric emptying. Treatment typically begins with 2.5 mg once weekly for four weeks before escalation to 5 mg or higher as clinically appropriate. Available in 2.5mg, 5mg, and 7.5mg dosages.
